A couple years ago I started an Atlanta mortgage blog.
It was still at the outset of the credit crisis and the subprime mortgage meltdown, and being a professional in the mortgage industry for many years, I was getting questions from all sides about what everything really meant, the causes and consequences and the extent of the economic upheaval.
After trying to answer what I knew with individuals, and finding there was simply not enough time to do so adequately with each person, I began to put my thoughts down on paper…or at least on a blog.
After that, we began what was this site, the Atlanta Million Dollar Challenge, to help 125 Atlanta first time home buyers each buy and receive the $8000 tax credit. That was the origin of this site, which we are now morphing into our infomational site about first time home buyers around Atlanta, and especially our Webinars geared toward first time home buyer information.
